      Pros

      Proper flexible working and strong family leave policies balancing family life and work. Really lovely bunch of people with everyone willing to help each other out, both within teams and cross functionally.

      Cons

      Not really a con but it's high-paced and there can be a lot of work at certain times which may not suit everyone

      Family like atmosphere, nice office , good product portfolio and growing, management are visible and interactive.

      Tricky to get to by public transport.
