- Lack of strong (any?) management - those seeking the opportunity to learn from others and develop should look elsewhere - Personal relationships (several couples) in a small office leads to favoritism - Poor internal company culture - Dissatisfied clients - Poor workflow management which leads to extremely late nights and weekend work - Random changes to people's titles - Doesn't help people develop, if they don't like something they may fire them with no notice, and often, no severance - No retirement plan - Outrageously expensive healthcare plans - No commuter benefits - only 10 days PTO and very limited holidays
