I have had a really bad experience not with respect to the learning but with the flow of work that they have. You have to literally be behind the seniors( sad to say people from elite management institutes )all the time to tell you what, why and how and even then you will only get 20% of your answers or you might get nothing solved at all. Being a newbie, you really face a lot of challenges since you are always treated as an outsider when you are new no matter how much you are willing to contribute and work hard.
