Since multiple businesses are running parallel with lot of new projects, there are certain lags which is understood and acknowledged which company has anyways taken head on and working towards it. So I cant say cons but scope where we are improvising and still needs lots to be done

Cons
Worst work culture. Abussive Management from top to bottom. Unethical. VPs, GMs Managers all are treated as animals. Loss making company. Doesnt pay contractors and vendors. Employees are paid on irregular basis.
