Later, during performance reviews, they would say “you didn’t contribute enough.” - Certain employees acted as informants for managers. They were the favorites and always received promotions and salary increments. - Some managers were extremely insecure—their main concern was making sure no one outshines them. - He would present developers’ work as his own to the UK office and take the bonuses for it. - Backstabbing and gossip were common practices. - The India office environment is extremely poisonous.
