- Training consists of starting your first shift, getting things wrong, and being corrected. Money lost to the business as a result will be deducted from your minimum-rate wages. - you will be expected to work alone selling alcohol to aggressive drunks at night. - the directors will ignore advice from Police Scotland on your safety. - you will be expected to be available to cover all shifts, even though you are contracted for a fraction of your actual hours. - you will be held responsible for problems that occur outside of your work hours. - you will be monitored on CCTV by the directors and critiqued accordingly. They will deny that this is standard practice. - Your work performance will be constantly derided by the directors to promote a feeling of worthlessness among staff.

Friendly team and management, fast paced environment meaning shifts pass quickly but also a relaxed atmosphere. Flexible working hours and a team environment.

Work can be repetitive at times, though always lots of new products and ideas being introduced. Different managers also manage shifts in different ways so sometimes may be inflexible - not my experience though.
