Upper Administrative Nightmare - OB/GYN Nurse Practitioner Erlanger Employee Review

The practice was an excellent place to work with the normal stressors in this profession. When Erlanger bought the practice, the collaborative nature of our work became extremely stressful. The Physician Practice Administration is only out for a profit. There is no consideration of needs of providers nor staff. The admin folks are basically incompetent as they know nothing of healthcare and what drives a practice. They are only interested in the “bottom line”.
