      Outside discounts (cell phone companies, restaurants, etc.) Free parking in garage (night shift) Food discount in cafeteria (not on everything) Easy to pick up hours

      Low starting pay Poor management Hires anyone regardless of experience (making the overall flow of a “team” horrible and most employees are lazy) Understaffed Poor work ethic among staff

      My manager is always available for assistance and guidance. My co-workers are helpful.

      Cons

      The on-site computer network needs to be reconfigured so that fitness members can login to the facility without disrupting the technician's use of the computer while assisting new or existing members.
