-Lightning fast interview and hiring process -Thorough, structured, and engaging 2 week training period for new hires -Fully remote -Although the work hours are set, you choose from various schedule options as to what days you want to work/have off after the initial 2 week training period -Supervisors are invested in your growth and take 1:1 time to build your knowledge and skill set -No unnecessary meetings -KPIs are realistic, fair, and achievable -Supervisors and senior agents respond to you super quick if you message them with questions while you’re on a call with the lead -They give you scripts for every scenario so you’re 100% prepared on what to say while speaking with leads -Excellent benefits, super affordable too -Second chance employer -Company in growth mode, so there’s job security

Cons

-You’re definitely tied to your headset and computer during your shift since everything is tracked; that was a difficult adjustment for me as I am someone who hasn’t had to clock in or be tied to my desk for over a decade -Job can be boring and redundant at time

Potential to earn big commissions

Cons

One call close, high pressure, half the appointments are no-shows, over-priced products, customers make the appointment to get quote for metal roof which is extremely expensive, then switched to more affordable shingle roof which is still at least double what other local contractors offer.
