Only promote from within so everyone above you has sat in your seat. Extremely fast promotion opportunities if you’re a high achiever. Made more than my doctor friend in year 1

-You’re definitely tied to your headset and computer during your shift since everything is tracked; that was a difficult adjustment for me as I am someone who hasn’t had to clock in or be tied to my desk for over a decade -Job can be boring and redundant at time
