Pros
I'm part of a great team with an amazing manager. If you're an external hire you will be able to get decent salary. Benefits offering is not too bad and they offer true flexibility in terms of when and how do you work.
Cons
The overall direction of the company is depressing. Top leadership is making insane strategic errors (look at past acquisitions and their current valuation) yet the Board tolerates this for whatever reason. I don't understand how we still have the current Executive team in place - just have a look at the share prices over the past years. You get the feeling that this company is stuck in the past, and you have to really push people to try and modernize. Unfortunately it is often the upper level management who is the blocker simply because they are too comfortable to challenge the status quo.
