      Pros

      Good reputation among the global Telecom carriers. Solid technology and market share for cellular radios

      Cons

      Company has a technology vision but very little business acumen and limited markets to sell to. Primary focus is on cost reduction due to over reliance on a few technologies. US is a high-cost area so there are frequent and large lay-offs. The cultural statements and values are not applied/exercised by leadership.

      Pros

      The company culture is great. Super flexible, remote work culture and tons of different areas or career paths to pivot into. International company with offices in 180 different countries. Loads of diversity.

      Cons

      Many teams can be international, so timezones will conflict a lot and make it much harder to work with people who are overseas as they are logging off as you are getting on. This also causes communication issues as sometimes there can be language barriers.

      Get work with an excellent team on interesting problems related to network API's, and communication APIs.

      Cons

      Some of the products could be better. Internal tooling changes a lot. Sales team don't get enough support from Marketing.
