The Plano Office is tastefully decorated and has a lake. And a pretty nice cafeteria.
Cons
A culture of governance by fear. Exempt employees have no holidays. Americans are not welcome. Terrible product. I was the most productive trainer in the training department. I literally averaged MORE than 40 hours a week on platform (and that doesn't count all of the other parts of the job, like travel). I also taught more courseware than anyone else. Yet, I got canned, literally, two days after I told them I had cancer. Then they illegally cut off my health insurance. Then they broke the law by not sending me COBRA forms.
