      The have a good work/life balance.

      Cons

      Salary compensation is not competitive. Product Management does not work well with the development teams. System Management only worried about competing with other Ericsson sites.

      Get work with an excellent team on interesting problems related to network API's, and communication APIs.

      Cons

      Some of the products could be better. Internal tooling changes a lot. Sales team don't get enough support from Marketing.
