Pros

Employee are given a lot of responsibilities so you can learn a lot of skills if you are self driven or motivated. You do need to look after your own career so that you keep current with technology.

Cons

There is no longer any management who care about employees, and who understand the business. They make decisions to satisfy their own personal agendas. The company is making money but spending it on management promotions, and management travel even though they tell employees that there are cost reduction policies. There management structure has gotten bigger instead of getting leaner. Too many directors (the director to manager to employee ratio no longer a pyramid, but almost shaped like an hourglass).

Pros

The company culture is great. Super flexible, remote work culture and tons of different areas or career paths to pivot into. International company with offices in 180 different countries. Loads of diversity.

Cons

Many teams can be international, so timezones will conflict a lot and make it much harder to work with people who are overseas as they are logging off as you are getting on. This also causes communication issues as sometimes there can be language barriers.

Pros

Get work with an excellent team on interesting problems related to network API's, and communication APIs.

Cons

Some of the products could be better. Internal tooling changes a lot. Sales team don't get enough support from Marketing.
