      Ericsson's work culture is good, all are helpful and respectful towards everybody. Work life balance is good.

      Cons

      No cons as such, but growth is less comparatively moneywise, promotions take times.

      Pros

      Get work with an excellent team on interesting problems related to network API's, and communication APIs.

      Cons

      Some of the products could be better. Internal tooling changes a lot. Sales team don't get enough support from Marketing.
