Great team environment with supportive colleagues and leadership that genuinely wants sales reps to succeed. Fully remote role with occasional in-office meetups that helped build connection. Tools and training were solid for client outreach, and the sales team was collaborative.
Cons
The biggest challenge was the service delivery side which was great for few months until certain things occurred with updates for major online platforms. While the product offered value in theory, many client expectations weren’t met due to operational gaps, which ultimately impacted retention and trust. This also affected morale and performance. Pay was fair for the role, but not exceptional. Company restructuring occurred because of a broader shift due to fulfillment issues.
