Pros

A lot of interesting projects; good educational and introductional program, good internal visibility for top management

Cons

Company is quite closed when it comes to external collaboration and visibility; the place is far from big cities, sometimes decisions are made by people who do not have right competence

Pros

I have enjoyed working for ADT as a whole. Management is approachable and they truly seem to care about their employees. The benefits package is sound and a reflection of how the company does care about its staff. The pay rate is fair, to start and the bonus structure is reasonable. The employees are a great bunch of people with the typical behaviors you find in every workplace.

Cons

Create a clear defined path to departmental advancement Need to make a better wireless product Need to offer outside service and installation for wireless systems Less focus on competitive drive and more on customer care and quality solutions to resolve complicated problems. Customer base is nasty, cantankerous rude, uncooperative, unreasonable and do not want to pay their bills.

Pros

Great opportunity to work for a well-known brand. Great work-life balance, if they keep allowing employees to work remotely. Excellent employee support/resource groups (women, minorities, mental health, etc.) Co-workers are enjoyable.

Cons

The biggest problem is a lack of opportunity for internal advancement. There is no career path and no way to advance. Also, there is no way to earn a raise unless you get a promotion, and as stated, promotions are difficult to earn, due to a lack of career path. Pay is not competitive with other companies of similar size. Lots of employee turnover. Lots of new acquisitions, so there's lots of competition for a few spots.
