Hello, and thank you for sharing your thoughts and advice. Your message is timely, as empowerment and decision making were key messages at our recent Leadership Summits. If you were able to attend, we hope you took our COO’s message to heart on this topic, which is that each community needs to make these business decisions on a case-by-case basis in partnership with your Regional Manager. We are sorry to hear that this hasn’t been your experience thus far, but we really do want you to be able to think like an owner, challenge authority when you feel it is warranted, and work collaboratively and creatively with your team and RM in your approach to problem solving and resident relations.
