Pros
Workers and volunteers alike get discounts on events and freebies on certain food events. Get to use all amenities at the resort. Full time employees get benefits and holiday pay, part-time they get a schedule they desire and changes are very easy to happen.
Cons
Pay is very low, part-time workers get to receive minimum pay. Most of the part-time workers work round the clock. The security team uses golf carts to patrol the resort, however there is always repair issues on the carts. The front office has to deal with upset guest on charges that are in error. There is always errors. The laundry pay card is located in the lobby which is open from 6am to midnight, however the laundry room is open 24 hours, and why have the guest walk to another building for cards that is only used in the laundry room.
