      Pros

      Offered a remote hybrid position If you are related to any company officer, you have job security.

      Cons

      Lack of technology in any CSR or sales management system; however, a new CSR management system is promised every month, but the company continues to use Excel spreadsheets and jot forms for sales management tracking. Unpredictable pay: monthly commissions and income contracts changed monthly. Unreliable, unlicensed service support system, mostly located in the Philippines. No real office location, subleased excess office space used for storage for major company. No technology service; outsources most IT issues, which has no access to internal systems. Laptops and company-issued equipment are outdated and slow.

      Pros

      Flexible PTO and 401k matching after 1 year of employment. Good job if you have insurance sales experience.

      Cons

      Onboarding for new agents was inconsistent and often ineffective, contributing to higher turnover. Many mistakes are made by sales agents due to the lack in training. Management information was disorganized, making it difficult to understand roles and support from the team. Company restructures occurred without proficient notice or adequate training ahead of time to prepare. Sales agents are expected to do servicing while also being expected to hit $50k+ per month in premium. Commissions are not consistent. This job involves high expectations with very minimal reward.
