      Remote work is the only positive here.

      Cons

      Insane caseloads, risky high acuity patients, lack of training on specialized care required to treat eating disorders, no support. Management needs to stop putting fake positive reviews on Glassdoor and focus on true changes to their business model.

      Great mission-driven employees, comparable wages and decent benefits. Flexible PTO policy

      Cons

      Limited opportunity for growth or development, canceled onsites (of note, executives kept their several trips and onsites), company pulling back on DEI initiatives and culture opportunities, laying off pivotal leaders, company appearing to now prioritize profit over all else.
