I would research as much as possible before transitioning into the eating disorders field because it is a challenging population. Expect high acuity patients often.

Limited opportunity for growth or development, canceled onsites (of note, executives kept their several trips and onsites), company pulling back on DEI initiatives and culture opportunities, laying off pivotal leaders, company appearing to now prioritize profit over all else.
