      Pros

      I have worked in many startups, tech companies and service providers. Equinix empowers its people and rewards them for going the extra mile. The culture of respect and growth is engrained in the business at all levels and it is without doubt the best place i have worked.

      Company is strong financially. No chance of layoff. Many opportunities to work overtime if you want extra hours.

      Very busy, they need to hire more people.
