      Pros

      The pay is good and there are a lot of opportunities within if you work hard.

      Cons

      I'm pretty strict about good communication. Sometimes I feel some departments within the company don't have solid communication as a priority and thus some mistakes repeat themselves when they don't have to.

      Great people in various internal roles.

      Cons

      CRO and Senior leadership failed with execution of their CS REORGANIZATION! They laid off exceptional and tenured talent who were either not replaced or new job requisitions filled with external candidates. Upon making internal employees aware of layoffs, they did so in such a callous manner with complete disregard for humanity. It was literally appalling and disgusting! The ‘Magic of Equinix’ (I belong. I matter. I feel safe.) is no longer present and hasn’t been for over two years. No work life balance. Everyone is just a number so why be an over achiever in such an awful space. Morale is lower than ever!
