Hello, yes this is clearly a stressful time with changes across the UK, as we align closer to our customer needs.
These changes can be difficult; you’re right, engagement matters and I’m sorry you’re not feeling heard. We are using our internal communication channels, particularly Slack, to answer questions from everyone. We are also discussing these changes at length at our in-person events, such as the recent UK North Alignment Day.
It can also be helpful to talk to colleagues, who might have different perspectives.
