There is always something interesting to do. I love my team, my management. Being a part of a growth company provides opportunities.
Cons
The pay and the workload. The tools to do our jobs. Epsilon has grown so fast that it has outpaced the usability of the tools used to manage the business. They have started to offshore with no real plan on how to do so successfully.
