Pros
Benefits Work across many industries/verticals Seems to be stable and growing Upper management is not afraid to share their business strategy or admit their errors Work life balance
Cons
Depending on the team you are on or the office you are in there can be drama, jealousy, backstabbing, disfuncrional co-workers (yelling, flipping off people on the phone, constant passive aggressive coments) sh*t talking, and politics. It gets old being around grown adults that pretend to be friends but then talk behind eachothers backs, start rumors, and do all they can to get ahead. Some of my team members dont give you all of the informarion to do your job correctly then talk behind your back when you make an error or something is done incorrectly. The functional, normal thing would be to work with you and actually train you so the same problem doesn't happen again and again. It's like they get joy in seeing you fail. This is not all teams or all employees at Epsilon. If your team members dont exhibit any of the traits listed above Epsilon is actually a pretty good company to work for. One more thing, the billing and invoicing process is a nightmare.
