Pros
The work/ life balance was excellent; personnel was used to working with team across the country and so if you proved yourself to be a capable and dependable employer, manager allowed you to work remotely and allowed great flexibility to accommodate personal schedules.
Cons
The career path in some organizations were not very well thought out and training when I started as an associate was minimal for the job I was hired for.
