Talented and hard working employees but lacking stability and focus - Anonymous employee Epsilon Employee Review

Seems to lack focus and stability. Too much change without allowing anything time to soak. There's a general atmosphere of mistrust of upper management. Guidance and vision is lacking. Benefits could be better. Expectations are often unrealistic, causing cycles of missed deliveries which demotivates everyone.
