      Great place to work, great people and great leadership. Exposed to new technologies all the time and training is provided on a regular basis.

      None really, other than some small company growing pains.

      Pros

      Small sized organization, daily sales calls with Sr. Leadership to help insure everyone is clicking in collectively, most employees are personable and want to work with you to insure a team win.

      Cons

      Misdirection in leadership, misled too often by the wrong personnel internally, instability with a vision that tends to flip flop according to how the company is doing at any given moment.
