Pros
The environment is extremely friendly and the company treats their employees well. They are always willing to work with me whenever i need a day off. There are also great bonuses and incentives to take advantage of.
Cons
There tends to be a higher turnover rate, however as long as you come in and give it your all you will be just fine.
