Lots of growth opportunities. Work from home was a nice feature. Base pay was good for the role.
Cons
No transparency. People are fired for no reason. People are always on edge. The company pretends to be "open" and "honest" but they are anything but this. No real metrics form performance. Feedback does not equate your standing with the company.
