Epic has all the hallmarks of a business run straight out of 2002 including (but not limited to): Micromanaging Unrealistic expectations Unclear leadership direction Just "suck it up" mentality Nepotism There's a lot to be said that when a big client leaves, the company implodes. 2025 wasn't a kind year to Epic, and unless something drastic changes, don't look to see them operating in 2027
