Pros
The mission of the business is great. A patient-first attitude is something to stand behind. They're trying to change the industry with the tech. While slightly underwhelming, it's a valiant effort nonetheless. Lots of learning opportunities to be had, including by not limited to: 1) pivoting on the spot 2) what proper management and culture should be 3) how to take caustic criticism 4) multitasking for multiple job roles 5) what the definition of sea-change is (a management keyword) 6) some decent tech skills are learned 7) how to change a job title every 6 months.
Cons
Almost everything outside of the mission. Poor work-life balance, poor executive leadership, poor culture, poor decision-making processes, poor morale. Positive reviews are either from the upper management themselves, or employees are bribed to post a positive review. Stay far away from working here.
