the owner. mico manages everything and management are afraid of the guy. the company has lost the trust of the employees and majority of the long term staff left once the CEO went. ive heard replacement staff novice and inexperienced. company rarely if ever promotes from within, generally new roles will go to outsiders so career propects limited. best treat this as a starter company if you are thinking of taking a job there. expect long hours and working outside of working hours. dont expect honesty or transparency from mgmt. used to be a good company to work for but any sense of reason left when the CEO walked.
