Thank you for your review and feedback. It is important for us to hear what we are doing well and we can do better. We are glad to hear you have enjoyed the work at Enzo and the team members you may have worked with. Although we regret to hear about your views on leadership, we would like to reassure you we have zero-tolerance for any type of discrimination, including sex discrimination against anyone within the company and pride ourselves in ensuring all of our employees, including leadership, rely on and exercise best practices when addressing employees of all backgrounds. As an expanding company, we will continue to train not only our leaders but all Enzo employees on how to contribute to a fair, equitable and diverse work environment throughout all of our locations. Lastly, we have established a Human Resources Department which manages our HR functions and is considered a safe-zone for employees to voice their concerns and opinions.
