Absolutely disgraceful management at branch and regional level and a lot of turmoil regarding the owners of the business. Constantly letting customers down with very poor customer service and long delays in manufacturing orders, the Company never took responsibility and tried to blame the customer for not getting orders in fast enough to meet deadlines. No product training or systems training, ridiculous employee review process and unrealistic expectations regarding work hours and conditions.
