Thank You for taking the time to write a glass door review and to share your perspectives. Thank You for your shout-outs regarding our People and Culture team and also our team. I agree. We are very fortunate with the fantastic talent that we have. I'm sorry to read that you did not have the experience we hope all employees would have. I would love to have a virtual coffee chat to discuss your concerns in more detail. Best, Emma

Pros

The only good thing about working there was the co-workers

Cons

The company is run by two very odd twin brothers. They have no business being business owners - they are former designers who decided to start their own agency. They are disconnected from their employees and work them hard without caring about them. They are only concerned only making money and they lop off heads on a whim when they don't like you or when financial budgets are not met. Additionally, the HR dept could care less about the employees. Don't let them fool you. They do whatever "the founders" want and do not advocate for the employees. The entire business is focused on financial gain for the executives and everyone else is treated like a puppet. If you want to work long hours and be made to feel less-than, then this is the place for you. But if you want to work for a company that cares about your contributions and treats you with respect, you should go elsewhere.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We recognize that every experience is personal, and we take all input seriously. Your perspective matters, and we appreciate the opportunity to reflect and grow. Reality vs. Perception – Every time we part ways with a team member, it is a difficult decision, never taken lightly. As a business, we see it as a loss when these conversations must happen. The People and Culture team is deeply committed to fostering an environment where employees feel valued, supported, and empowered—our people are our greatest asset. In our most recent employee survey, 86% of respondents said they would recommend Envoy as a great place to work. We also want to emphasize that decision-making at Envoy is intentional and strategic, guided by the long-term success of our employees and the company. No single individual dictates these choices—leadership collaborates to make the best possible decisions for the organization as a whole. That said, I recognize that experiences and perceptions differ, and I always welcome open conversations that help us learn and improve. If you’d like to share more, I’d be happy to connect. Your contributions to Envoy are truly appreciated, and I sincerely wish you the best in your next chapter. Best, Emma Chief People and Culture Officer.
