      Cons

      You will work 6 days for every alternative week. Skilled people with skills have either left or in process of leaving. You will be asked to pay heavily when you will resign. The money collected from the people who leave is invested in sponsoring Friday lunch and cafeteria goodies. You will be working and reporting to unskilled contractors whose agenda from day 1 will be to get rid of you if you are skilled and pose threat . Toxic politics will finish you off.

      Great team, great company! The management team is top notch, and the culture is rapidly improving.

      The company is very spread out geographically, so it can be difficult to get to know everyone

      Enviva now has a leadership team that is committed to improving by providing the right resources for employees and facilities. The new culture being built is a 180 of what it was a few years ago.

      Cons

      Corporate support still sometimes out of touch with sites.
