      Pros

      The company offers free parking and a wide array of yummy snacks in lieu of salary.

      Cons

      I have worked at Enviva for less than 2 years, and don't have a clear job description. My supervisor gave me a list of copy about how great the company is and ordered me to go on job sites like Glassdoor and post as many positive reviews as I can. This is not honest behavior and I just can't do it any longer or I will have a panic attack.

      Pros

      Enviva now has a leadership team that is committed to improving by providing the right resources for employees and facilities. The new culture being built is a 180 of what it was a few years ago.

      Cons

      Corporate support still sometimes out of touch with sites.

      Toxic work environment, forced or made to feel guilty or inferior if you did not work 18 to 20 hours a day. I could go on and on.
