Pros
Shop shows very well, most of the plant are top notch industry professionals, very knowledgeable. Great place to learn, and get out once you do.
Cons
Extremely hostile environment, encouraged by owners who are weak minded egomaniacs and pathologically jealous of their employees, particularly the sales force. Shop is run by people who were likely bullied as youths and have now become nerdy bullies. If you don't enjoy stress, don't work here.
