      Pros

      Working with Envision, Inc. (aka. Envision Telephony) has been a huge part of my success and success with life. The people we work with are fun, motivated and just plain awesome. Been here for the last 14 years overall and enjoy every minute. Sure there are times that can be tough, but work is work! Highly recommend Envision to any searching employee for new opportunities to make the company more and more successful each day.

      great location and fun team

      Cons

      Company has been in a continuous downsizing mode for years with zero growth, zero raises, and zero opportunity to advance but lots of layoffs There is no real leadership and has not been so for years. Meanwhile the company declines and morale goes in the pits. Expect to wear 5 or 6 hats and have lots of pressure to meet your goals and deadlines, which are for the most part totally unreasonable. It appears that no one at Envision is really happy and I wouldn't be surprised if most of the employees are looking for better jobs with growth opportunities
