Good Company to work for - Anonymous employee Envision Innovative Solutions Employee Review

Envision was one of the best companies I've ever worked for. A lot of employee recognition, a lot of open communication, and a ton of support for me when I left. Everyone was so kind and helpful both on my transition in and out of the company.

Main HQ in New Jersey when a lot of contracts are in Maryland, so upper management has to travel kind of far to see people in person

Decent pay in comparison to other companies

-Poor management -TERRIBLE healthcare options and very expensive which keep increasing each year -No room for growth -PTO accumulation is an absolute joke. No one here has any PTO and are forced to be in the office 5 days a week allowing no room for work-life balance or flexibility -Storage of work documents, tax documents, helpful information, tech information to do your job, email, etc. is ALL stored on different sites! You need all these usernames/accounts to access your information and it's ridiculous. Nothing is stored in one place so it's a lot to track. -You get a different timecode ALLLLLLL the time and you have to make sure it's accurate or the PM literally yells at you.
