Pros
There are a lot of great opportunities within the company, as well as an allowance of certain creative freedom.
Cons
The environment is very clique-oriented, and people are rude to newcomers. Some people are nice, but most have a "big fish in a little pond" sort of attitude. Essentially, they think they're some sort of Diva superstar. A lot of creativity and opportunities are stifled because of this.
