      One of the competitive compensation package.

      Cons

      Things get messy as project involves different parties. Everyone understand requirements differently as no one bother to create functional requirements specification. Perhaps thats how startup works. Be ready to join meetings verse in chinese and read documents and diagrams in technical chinese.
