They approach hiring, consulting and strategy with innovation, unlike other firms that are likely household names based on rolodexes created ages ago.

If you're used to not being held accountable for your own work or if your previous employers enabled you to slip through the cracks, Envision will be a challenge for you. But, if you're used to keeping track of your projects through a CRM (basically, you should be technologically savvy) and keeping an open line of communication, you'll do well at Envision!
