Yeah theres really not many, no there's none! Oh wait USE them to get your qualifications and get a job somewhere else, because they're so DESPERATE for people all the time they will take anybody.

What they expect BLOOD! What they preach rubbish, say they're the foremost asbestos consultancy firm in the UK HA HA HA, if UKAS saw that they hold their equipment together with ductape, no joke! They send unqualified staff out on site to look after live enclosures. They expect you pay for stuff you shouldn't like parts for the COMPANY vehicles. They're deluded I think, all 4 directors have their heads buried in the sand. It's honestly the weirdest place I've worked. All staff are stretched to their absolute limits because all they care about at the end of the day is MONEY, they literally don't care about anything else. And they ring it for every last penny, I have no idea how this business survives its a JOKE! Oh wait no they take any work from any prospective client and just under cut all of the competition without thinking about the effect on the staff, without any planning. Some members of staff are as brain washed and deluded as the directors, these are all the lower management team and the other staff with a decent wage packet. That's what you need to be here to succeed, BAD AT YOUR JOB SO THEY GET THEIR MONEY BRAINWASHED AS THEY ARE AND DELUSIONAL, THINK THAT ENVIRONTEC IS THE FOREMOST ASBESTOS CONSULTANCY IN THE COUNTRY WHEN REALLY THEY ARE ABSOLUTE COWBOYS.

Good IT Support. Head Office Directors appear to be genuine.

Only interested in bottom line. Not interested in personnel Mental Health...total lack of understanding and support. Lack of commitment to new opportunities, unwilling to explore new avenues. Quantity over quality. Senior Management tendency to play mind games and micro manage. Yes, subconscious bullying. Only interested in main population centres, no understanding of rural or remote operations.
