Pros
Nice outdoor work environment, generally nice equipment provided to perform work
Cons
Long hours (50+ hours) no overtime, little to none room for growth or raises
hard to use days off or sick days
Gossip, rude managment who will find any way to blame you and get onto you for little things.
little training, lots of responsibility, and managment will get angry if you make any mistakes, get behind schedule, or come to them with normal maintnace issues.
High preformance is only rewarded wth a larger uncompensated work load.
