Cons
*Pay is appalling and the main reason we lose so many staff or can't bring new people in, leading to existing staff being horribly overworked. *Almost impossible to progress beyond a G5, have been trying for many years. Recruitment not as fair as advertised as roles are earmarked for certain people or handed over using sneaky backwards HR approval for "business critical purposes". *The G7 manager in our team doesn't deserve to be in that role. They have no idea what they're doing and were handed the position because they're pals with the DD. It was never even advertised. They keep making decisions they then don't stand by and leave it up to us to mop up their mess or take the criticism from other people. *Team Leaders do not get paid enough for the amount of work they do holding things together.
